About Diane
Diane Ritchie is a lifelong Ottawa resident and Mother of three daughters, 22, 19 and 18, who attend universities in Ottawa and Toronto. Diane’s passion for real estate was kindled and fueled while a stay-at-home Mom when she bought, renovated and sold several Ottawa properties. She currently owns three Ottawa properties and is looking for a fourth to buy; or, perhaps invest in a piece of land and build as a new venture. Diane prides herself on being a straight- talking, service-oriented real estate salesperson who places the needs of her clients ahead of all else. She recognizes that the purchase of a home is the most expensive undertaking for most families based on her experiences buying homes and raising her three daughters.
