About Sonya
Sonya was born and raised in Ottawa and Kanata and graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. After 25 successful years in high technology sales and 6 years as a Holistic Nutritionist both at a cancer clinic and her own private clinic, Sonya’s passion for buying real estate drew her into a career as a Realtor. Her extensive background in client management and customer service as well as her excellent communication and listening skills makes her a trusted advisor in making the right real estate decisions. She is very motivated and dependable under pressure. Sonya resides in Stittsville and knows the Stittsville and Kanata market well. She also has experience selling in Nepean, Arnprior, Pakenham, White Lake, Crestview, Orleans, Rockland and downtown Ottawa. And if you would like to buy a second home outside Canada, Sonya has connections in Costa Rica, Cancun/Tulum/Playa del Carmen in Mexico and the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
